The Automated Biodiesel Processor, by Springboard Biodiesel, is a fully automated biodiesel processor designed for just about anyone who wants to economically produce their own, clean burning 100% biodiesel fuel. The compact, portable design is self contained with individual compartments for each ingredient required to produce biodiesel. No measuring or mixing chemicals required. Simply add vegetable oil (new or used), methanol, and small amounts of sulfuric acid and lye, and start the automated process. In about 60 hours you will have 50 gallons of clean, smooth-running biodiesel.

Basic Tower configuration (as seen on our website):  $3,895.00.  This includes a lead column of Eco2Pure and a lag column of Thermax.

Premium Package, which consists of a metering pump and fuel filter with the necessary  housing.  This option has an MSRP of $745.00

Factory prime, or pre-condition - the resins.  This is a step that is necessary in all Tower Dry Wash systems.   $195.00
